I have been working as a licensed mental health counselor since 2009. I received my masters degree in Counseling and Psychological Services from St. Mary's University and Doctorate in Advanced Studies in Human Behavior from Capella University.
I strive to integrate evidence-based techniques, current research findings, and foundational theories to facilitate your healing journey.
